One the tools that Universidad de Vigo uses to verify the effectiveness of its degrees are the Satisfaction Surveys of Official Degrees. These, until now, had a very low participation so the Área de Apoyo a la Docencia y Calidad of the university hired Freshsweet to increase their visibility and participation.

Surveys usually offer a juicy prize to attract more participants, but since, in this case it was not so, we decided to turn this weakness into a claim. In this way, Satisfaction Surveys don't promise a physical prize, but a University that will give you more prestige and recognition as it improves.
This campaign was applied both in physical and digital media. In the first place, posters and screens placed in the different centers of the university. Secondly, flyers with the shape of the supposed prize, looking for a different approach to the classical graphic piece. And finally, an animated banner on the website of Universidad de Vigo.
